I really enjoy the slow flow of water in this fountain as it makes it very peaceful. It has features for different time settings, or until the battery runs out as it come with a battery pack, so very nice. It looks just like the picture so I was pleasantly surprised. Only thing which I have not found, is I wish it came with a compartment to hide the extra cord, like some of their other fountains do, as the cord is really long.
The fountain arrived well packaged and was easy to set up. It is an antiqued resin grey with taupe tones looking very much like an aged cast concrete. The detailing is very nice and the fountain looks terrific in the garden. The unit is well balanced, we placed it on a leveled paver, much like the picture shows, and the fountain is stable, having stood up to 40 mph winds without falling over. Once set up, I tested the unit (on demand) and everything worked. We had a prolonged period of rain and clouds and waited for a sunny day to see the fountain in action. The fountain only worked once during the day then did not work again. Not even on demand. I wrote to Sunnydaze and they IMMEDIATELY sent a new solar panel, pump, light kit. We charged the panel for a full two days before connecting it to the pump and it has been working beautifully since. To enjoy this product, be sure charge the solar panel in full sun for at least an entire day before connecting it. The panel needs to receive DIRECT sun to work well, this means the sun must have a direct path to the panel, not just light out, but sun shining on the panel. It will lose water, particularly on hot or windy days. Our fountain is in a garden and I fill it daily in the summer while watering the plants. This fountain is not loud, the water pressure is not such that this fountain will mask noise or drown out a conversation; it is more than a trickle, like a gentle cascade. The sound is soothing. If the water is not treated you will get algae. The fountain runs when it is sunny or you are using one of the timer modes. We use the 4 hour timer. demand feature, so the water is still for 20 hours a day; and as such it will grow algae. You can use an algae additive available on Amazon or locally to prevent this. You will need to clean the fountain. Birds love to splash in it, the bowl is quite deep. We watched a blackbird use the fountain as his own lazy river going around the sculpture in the bowl a half dozen times before perching on the rim and shaking off. The fountain is easy to disassemble to clean, but cleaning is best done with an extra set of hands as placing the hose on the pump could be difficult if you cannot hold the sculpture in one hand. Not too heavy, but it could be difficult for someone with arthritis. If you like the look of the fountain and have a sunny spot where it will fit, you should be very pleased. You should clean the pump when cleaning the fountain. Be sure to disassemble and drain your fountain before frost. If you do not receive direct sun, or you are unable/unwilling to care for the fountain, you might be disappointed. We absolutely love the fountain. With a minimal amount of care it has been a wonderful addition to our garden.

It came as promised. The assembly was easy. We had a bit of a problem understanding how the cables were supposed to be run. (The pump cable goes inside the base of the fountain the other one for the light does not go inside). We love ithe way it performs and looks in our garden!
Love fountain. Finally had sun to charge solar power. The sounds of the water brings joy to my day. it was easy to set Up.
