Important Installation Notes

The fountain should be placed on a flat, solid, and level base for safe and proper use. For fountains with basins, install on 1”–2” of sand over a concrete pad to reduce stress cracks and assist with leveling. Pedestal-style fountains should be set on a stable foundation to prevent settling or tilting. A leveled fountain pad is required to maintain warranty coverage, as the manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or ground settling.
