Important Installation Notes

The fountain should be placed on a flat, solid, and level base for proper function and safety. For fountains with basins, install on 1”–2” of sand over a concrete pad to minimize stress cracks and assist with leveling. Pedestal-style fountains should always be set on a stable foundation to prevent tilting or settling. A leveled fountain pad is required to maintain warranty coverage, as the manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or ground settling.
