This fountain must be placed on a flat, solid, and level base for proper operation and safety. For fountains with basins, install on 1”–2” of sand over a concrete pad to minimize stress cracks and assist with leveling. A stable foundation is required to prevent settling or tilting. A leveled fountain pad must be used to maintain warranty coverage, as the manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or ground settling.
